Equipment composition
The milling machine consists of a main unit, an analyzer, a blower, a finished cyclone separator, a pipeline device, a motor, etc.
The main unit consists of a rack, an intake volute, a shovel, a grinding roller, a grinding ring, a casing, and a motor. Auxiliary equipment includes jaw crushers, bucket elevators, electromagnetic vibration feeders, electric control cabinets, etc. Users can flexibly choose according to the on-site situation.
Working principle
After the material is crushed to the required particle size, it is sent to the storage hopper by the elevator, and then uniformly and continuously fed into the grinding chamber of the Raymond mill by the vibrating feeder. Due to the centrifugal force during rotation, the grinding roller swings outward and presses tightly against the grinding ring. The shovel picks up the material and sends it between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, achieving the purpose of crushing due to the rolling of the grinding roller. The fine powder after material grinding is carried into the analyzer for sorting by the circulating air of the blower. The fine and coarse materials fall back for regrinding, while the qualified fine powder enters the finished product cyclone powder collector with the airflow and is discharged through the powder outlet pipe, which is the finished product. In the Raymond grinding room, due to the presence of certain moisture in the ground material, heat is generated during grinding, water vapor evaporates, and the various pipeline interfaces of the whole machine are not tight, causing external gas to be sucked in and increasing the circulating air pressure, ensuring that the mill works under negative pressure. The increased air flow is discharged into the dust collector through the residual air duct, purified, and then discharged into the atmosphere.
